Rick Keister is an experienced senior executive who has lead several
major automotive aftermarket businesses as President and CEO. His
experience includes overseeing multiple domestic and international
manufacturing and distribution facilities, leading strategic planning
efforts, sales and finance. As CEO of Keystone Automotive Industries
(KEYS- NASDAQ) Rick led the company to annual revenues growth of $800
million. Keystone was the leading supplier of premium aftermarket
replacement parts to the North American collision repair industry until
it was acquired for a substantial premium by LKQ Corp (LKQX- NASDAQ).
Prior to his role at Keystone, Rick was President of the
Aftermarket Group for Remy International, formerly Delco Remy
International Inc. While at Remy International he was responsible for
North American aftermarket operations and several international
business units.
An entrepreneur at heart, Rick got his start in the
aftermarket by founding Precision Alternator and Starter Inc., with a
partner and two employees. The company eventually was renamed World Wide
Automotive. Rick successfully grew the company over a 20 year period
before selling the business to Delco Remy.
Rick is an OPM Graduate of the Harvard Business School, holds a Professional Director Certification from the American College of Corporate Directors and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
